Use Preview ballot
On election details, while the election is still a draft, select Preview ballot. It opens the voter-facing flow in a new tab so you can check wording, candidate order, statements, photos, and every ballot in a multi-position election. Nothing you do here emails the live roll.
If you customise the invitation email, send a test to yourself as well so you can read the subject and body in a real inbox. Then move on to Confirm voters and Open voting.
