Organisation settings that matter

Admins find these under Organisation → Settings. Select Save settings after each change you want to keep.

Allow partial ballot voting (available on every plan) is for elections with several positions. When it is on, a member can submit one ballot and return later with the same email link to finish the rest. Turn it on when you expect people to vote on a phone in short sessions. When it is off, they complete every ballot in one sitting before the vote is finalised.

On Scale and Enterprise, two more settings shape how the team works. Leave Allow EROs to create elections off if returning officers should only touch elections you assign. Turn Allow managers to invite EROs on if regional Managers should staff returning officers without asking the Admin for every invite.

On Scale and Enterprise, Admins can set organisation branding (logo and related presentation) so voter-facing pages match your organisation. Elections can inherit those defaults. Free and Pro use the standard SimpleVote presentation.
