Invite members and assign EROs
Add colleagues on Scale or Enterprise, pick the role that matches their job, and attach returning officers to the elections they will run.
Invite people into the organisation
Once you know who should own the account, who should coordinate, and who should run each poll (see Roles explained), open Organisation → Users to send invites.
Admins can invite Admins, Managers, and EROs. Managers can invite EROs when Allow managers to invite EROs is enabled. Enter emails one by one or upload a CSV, choose the role, and send. Each person joins from the link in their email.
Inviting Managers and EROs is only available on Scale or Enterprise (need it? book a call to discuss our affordable custom plans).
Assign an ERO to an election
Inviting someone as an ERO does not automatically give them every election. Open the election details page and assign them there. After that they can open that election and run the usual returning-officer work. Admins and Managers can make the assignment.
