Choosing a plan in practice

Free is enough to learn the product and run smaller elections as a sole Admin (500 credits per month). Pro is the usual step when you need a higher monthly credit pool (2,000 per month, or 24,000 per year on annual billing) and want saved registers or CRM import so you are not rebuilding the membership list every time.

Scale is for organisations that need several people in the product at once (Managers and EROs), larger credit SKUs, and organisation branding. Enterprise is arranged with sales when you need a custom credit allowance, independent scrutineers, or other contract terms.

Features that depend on the plan

Manager and ERO seats need Scale or Enterprise. Saved voter registers and CRM register sync need Pro or higher. Organisation branding needs Scale or higher. Independent scrutineers need Enterprise. Optional credit overage can be enabled on Scale; on Enterprise it follows the contract. Free and Pro cannot turn overage on.
