Upgrade and the billing portal
Move to Pro or Scale yourself in Stripe, keep invoices tidy, or ask for Enterprise when self-serve is not enough.
Upgrade from Free
Admins open Usage (or Billing). Pick Pro or a Scale credit size, choose monthly or annual where offered, and complete Stripe Checkout. Feature gates and the new credit pool apply once the subscription is active. Do this before a large Open voting send if Usage already shows you near the floor.
Invoices, cards, and cancellation live in the Stripe customer portal from Billing. Top-ups may appear there as well when your plan allows them.
When to ask for Enterprise
If you need contract credit levels, scrutineer oversight, or arrangements that are not on the self-serve cards, request a higher tier from Usage or book a demo.
