Email support@simplevote.org for product questions, billing, or platform limits. Include the organisation name, election title, and what you clicked. Screenshots help.
If a member never received an invite, has the wrong email on the roll, or needs the election rules explained, start with your returning officer or Admin. They own the membership list and can re-issue a voting link when someone has not finished casting. Feature ideas belong on Feature requests.
