Unsubscribed voters and email suppressions
How members stop election email, and how organisers work with that list.
For voters
Election emails include an unsubscribe option. Following that link stops further election emails from the organisation for that address.
For organisers
Suppressed addresses appear on the organisation Unsubscribed voters list. They may still sit on a roll for turnout bookkeeping, but SimpleVote will not email them while they are suppressed. If someone needs ballot email again after rejoining, re-subscribe them from that list.
