Analytics and turnout CSV

Admins and Managers can open Analytics to compare turnout and funnel metrics across elections. Use it when reporting participation to a committee. It does not show how individuals ranked.

Where the product offers a turnout CSV, the columns are email, name, has_voted, and voted_at. That file is for administration and audits of who participated. It deliberately omits rankings and preference data.
