Security and privacy incidents

Report suspected security or privacy incidents to info@simplevote.org. Include contact details and a short description. Do not email passwords, magic links, complete voter lists or ballot choices.

Where SimpleVote acts as processor and becomes aware of a personal-data breach affecting Controller data, we notify the Controller in writing without undue delay and within 24 hours of awareness, with further updates as facts are confirmed, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
