Administrating an organisation

For organisation Admins: users, branding, usage, and policy.

Overview

Admins oversee who has access, org settings, branding, usage limits, and every election in the organisation.

On Free and Pro plans you are the sole user and administrator of your organisation. Enterprise plans add Manager and ERO roles so a small admin group can set policy while others run day-to-day elections.

This feature is only available on an enterprise plan (need it? book a call to discuss our affordable custom plans).

Organisation setup

Under Branding, set vote-page logo and intro text. Configure default invite email wording elections inherit unless an ERO overrides per election. Organisation settings control whether EROs may create elections and whether Managers may invite EROs.

Users and elections

Invite Managers and EROs from Users (manual or CSV). Assign EROs to specific elections. You can create and folder elections yourself.

Usage and tier

Usage shows monthly voter adds against your tier. Request upgrades from Usage when you need more capacity.
